JURASSIC PARK
The task presented to our team is to create a new technology that can benefit the characters in the movie Jurassic Park. In this "designing from scratch" project, we will be developing a low fidelity but fully interactive prototype. We have done our need finding research and have came up with tentative ideas.

B. GOODE MOTORS
My team worked with a client in helping them evaluate, improve and redesign the user experience of interacting on their product. The client is in the development process of their simulation game, B. Goode Motors, and hopes that our feedback will help improve their game. Our presentation includes the outcome of our Heuristic Evaluation.

MEDALLION THEATER
The objective of this project was to design a computer based information system for the theater's online ticket sales system based on the requirements given by the company. My group and I did an analysis of their current system and used that to design a more efficient one.
We also presented some of our findings at Eastern's Career Fair.

KAITAIA PUBLISHING
In this project, we took a case from the Kaitaia Publishing company describing their current system and used it to apply the Work System Method, a methodology for business systems analysis developed by Prof S Alter, in order to improve their current system. The focus is mainly on analyzing how people conduct their work and use that to produce improvements, which could include IT.

The Education program at Eastern Connecticut State University has been one of the most popular and even though it has been successful throughout the years, staff and students would like to to have updates that could increase efficiency and eliminate some of the challenges they face. My team did an analysis of the organization and their business process pertaining to their Registration System in order to derive solutions that could improve the department's performance.
